These vital FREE services are a lifeline to improve the quality of life for those affected by dementia. Our mission is to promote wellness, provide reassurance, inspire and nurture a society where people can live with freedom and independence.
Means one person can attend a support group for one year.
Provides a home visit to someone with dementia from one of our clinical team.
Supports one person with dementia for a year.
Helps pay for our services for a whole day.
